Coach Mandeldove currently serves as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Fitchburg State University (NCAA Division III). Previously, he was the Recruiting Coordinator for Franklin Pierce University Women’s Basketball (Division II), helping lead FPU to its first NCAA Tournament appearance in 11 years and a 20–11 record. During his tenure, he worked closely with 2024 NE10 Defensive Player of the Year, Anna Badosa Soler.
He is certified in Mental Health First Aid and has experience supporting student-athletes with academic success and overall well-being. A former UConn Husky (2006–2010) under Hall of Fame Coach Jim Calhoun, Mandeldove helped the Huskies reach the NCAA Final Four. His coaching and playing background includes roles at ECSU, elite prep programs, and professional basketball experience in Peru, France, and China.
